The role of the Strategic Account Manager, V is responsible for maintaining deep customer relationships to drive account revenue retention and growth. By collaborating with internal partners, the Strategic Account Manager delivers exceptional service and a valuable solution. The position will manage a defined book of business aligned by customer segment within a geography and will be accountable for the commercial close of all deals and retention of existing business. You will also open up larger solution opportunities and introduce Sales and Customer Success Managers. This role will cover strategic accounts in the Eastern region.
